INNO-CCUS call

Pioneering research and innovative solutions for carbon capture, utilisation, and storage

In the fall of 2024, INNO-CCUS will launch its third call for projects, Pool 3. Building on the previous calls, INNO-CCUS will fund cross-industry research and innovation in carbon capture, utilisation, and storage (CCUS).  To qualify for funding, projects must address key challenges and develop new solutions that align with the ambitions and strategic priorities outlined in the INNO-CCUS roadmap. You can find the newest version of the roadmap here.

The call will particularly welcome project proposals that span the CCUS value chain and/or contribute to building innovation and entrepreneurship capacities for the future by supporting early-stage researchers.

Collaborative call

The four Danish Innomissions

In 2025, the Danish Innomissions will launch a call to foster collaborative innovation between the four green partnerships: INNO-CCUS, MissionGreenFuels, Agrifoodture, and Trace. Each of these partnerships focuses on a specific area of sustainable development:

  • INNO-CCUS: Carbon Capture, Utilisation, and Storage (CCUS)
  • MissionGreenFuels: Green fuels in transport and industry
  • Agrifoodture: Danish food and agriculture
  • Trace: Circular economy

Project applications must be related to at least two of these Innomissions. The total budget of 60 million DKK will be divided into four themes:

  • New and innovative regulatory solutions
  • Green transition and land use
  • Engaged citizenship for large-scale transitions
  • Carbon balance and management
