Denmark has officially become a member of the IEAGHG (the International Energy Agency Greenhouse Gas R&D Programme), a global and independent organisation to advance carbon capture, utilisation and storage through data-driven methods and multinational collaboration. The organization represents the international CCUS community and plays a key role in setting the direction of the field.
Denmark’s membership was confirmed during the 64th Executive Meeting in London from 7- 10 November 2023 where INNO-CCUS Partnership Director Karina Marie Søgaard was appointed the country’s official delegate.
As a member, Denmark will have a seat at the table when the future of CCUS technologies is discussed, marking a leap forward in our green ambitions.
